Conference Fees

All Conference Fees must be paid through the following link: UPMUNC 57 Registration

Conference deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and are due by the dates stipulated below. The last day to request delegate fee refunds is listed below.

Priority Registration Prices (Until June 1st)

Payments are due by June 1st.

School Deposit: $90 per school**

Priority per Delegate Fee: $85 per delegate

Advisor Fee: $60 per Advisor**

++ 1 item of exclusive merch per delegate** Individual registrants do not need to pay the School Deposit.

Priority Registration Prices (Until September 1st)

Payments are due by September 1st.

School Deposit: $90 per school**

Priority per Delegate Fee: $85 per delegate ($40 refundable before 11/1)

Advisor Fee: $60 per Advisor** Individual registrants do not need to pay the School Deposit.

Regular Registration Prices (September 2nd - October 5th)

Payments are due by October 5th.

School Deposit: $100 per school**

Regular per Delegate Fee: $100 per delegate ($40 refundable before 11/1)

Advisor Fee: $60 per Advisor** Individual registrants do not need to pay the School Deposit.

Late Registration Prices (October 6th - November 1st)

All payments are due by November 1st.

School Deposit: $110 per school**

Late per Delegate Fee: $110 per delegate ($40 refundable before 11/5)

Advisor Fee: $60 per Advisor** Individual registrants do not need to pay the School Deposit.

Hotel Fees

Your delegation will be accommodated at the Philadelphia 201 Hotel. Reservations and full payment are due to the Philadelphia 201 Hotel directly by October 5th, 2024.

Please fill out this Hotel Registration Form to reserve your rooms with the hotel.

The room rate is $243.21 all inclusive of taxes, per room per night. This rate is payable directly to the hotel. Four guests can be accommodated in each room. Porterage is mandatory for all attendees. The charge will be $9.00 per person inclusive. Payment can be made via school check, credit card, money order or cashiers check. Personal checks will not be accepted. Further payment instructions can be found in the Hotel Reservation Form linked above. Any  questions about hotel payment should be directed to Sarah Bolger. Deadlines and Fee Due Dates

June 1st: Pre-registration deadline. Full payment is due. Country and Committee requests will not be considered until payment is made in full.

September 1st: Priority registration deadline. Full payment is due. Country and Committee requests will not be considered until payment is made in full.

October 5th: Regular registration deadline. Full payment is due. Country and Committee requests will not be considered until payment is made in full.

November 1st: Late registration deadline. Full payment is due. Country and Committee requests will not be considered until payment is made in full.

November 7th: UPMUNC begins!
