It's almost trade deadline season in the National Basketball Association, and this body, a dual-delegate group composed of the General Managers of many of the NBA’s franchises, must navigate the deadline properly to give their teams the best chance of making the playoffs over the next few months. This means finding loopholes to stay under the salary cap, keeping your stars happy, and making wise trades with each other in a crisis. Then, halfway through the committee, we will shift to a GA on a surprise topic that will require delegations to change their identities to their respective franchise's star player post-crisis.
