The year is 1992. Notorious Colombian drug kingpin Pablo Escobar has just escaped “La Catedral”–his personal jail–and is on the run, triggering the country’s largest nationwide manhunt. In the face of divided public opinion, members within the government attempting to strike a side-deal for Escobar’s surrender, and American interference, this committee must manage the chaos ensuing the aftermath of Escobar’s escape. Meanwhile, the Colombian drug trade is faced with the reality of a future without its one-time boss, heightening tensions between rival factions. With increased desperation and Escobar wreaking havoc, it is up to Colombia’s President, Cesar Gavira, and his cabinet to restore order before irrevocable damage is done. Now, it is up to you, as some of Colombia’s most distinguished civil and military servants, United States officers, and leaders of rival cartels, to finally bring an end to Escobar’s furious escape before it is too late–marking a turning point in this high-stakes battle for control where the choices are stark: surrender or die. Or in the words of Pablor Escobar: “plata o plomo.”
