Pricing, Booking Information & Deadlines

Please fill out this Hotel Reservation Form to reserve your rooms with the hotel.

Reservations and full payment are due to the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown Hotel directly by October 10th, 2025. After this date, the Sheraton will release reserved UPMUNC rooms and cannot guarantee availability or a discounted rate.

The room rate is $229 pre-tax, per room per night. This rate is payable directly to the hotel. Four guests can be accommodated in each room. Porterage is mandatory for all attendees. The charge will be $9.00 per person inclusive. Payment can be made via school check, credit card, money order or cashiers check. Personal checks will not be accepted.
