Chloe Kwan is a College of Arts & Sciences student majoring in International Relations and minoring in Legal Studies and History. She is serving as a Director of Operations for UPMUNC 58 and is thrilled about what the upcoming conference has in store! Aside from being a part of UPMUNC’s secretariat, Chloe is involved in the Women’s Club Lacrosse Team and the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and loves trying new local restaurants. Originally, from Austin, Texas, she cannot wait for all of the delegates to experience what Philly has to offer and looks forward to meeting the future delegates soon!
