Conference Payment

Now that you have completed your registration, please submit payment for your delegation. A detailed list of fees and payment deadlines can be found on the Conference Fees page.

• If you would like to pay by credit card, you can do so by following this link. Please note that an online processing fee will be charged by the payment provider.

• If you would like to pay by check, please make checks payable to "Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania" and mail them to the address below.

Hotel Accommodations and Payment

Once you submit your payment, please reserve your rooms at the Philadelphia 201 Hotel using this form. This Hotel Room Reservation form and payment for rooms should be submitted directly to the hotel. All forms should be emailed to Sarah.Bolger@aimhosp.com. Payment can be made via school check, credit card, money order or cashiers check and is due by October, 29 2021. Personal checks will not be accepted. Further payment instructions can be found in the Hotel Room Reservation Form linked above.
